Yes, thanks for the suggestion, I have viewed in this area and found that you get considerably less condo/facilities for you money, or sit on a busy noisy road, without the benefits of park and coast nearby. I'm sold on this area just need reassuring re the available transport.

Also the follow extract is from the 'Condos near MRT' page on the site, but when I asked the management offed at Costa Rhu (and at Kallang MRT) they knew nothing about this shuttle, advising that a public bus to Aljunied, which took 20mins and had no aircon, was the only route to the MRT??? http://w...

Commuting from Costa Rhu and Tanjong Rhu road area?

Hi, I've been here for almost 1 week now, a single guy staying for 2yrs, and have seen about 10 apartments. A partly furnished 2 bed Costa Rhu apartment, going for 2k, which suits my budget, is the best so far. I'm trying to weigh up the pro and cons, as it isn't close to the MRT, as I had wished, b...

Thanks for your help Florian, I have taken this subject up with the agent now and unfortunately there is no chance of reducing this fee. At least I know it is a common fee and how much to try and bargain on the rental value. On the whole this agent's service has been good so I expect to stick with t...

They have advised me that if I take a property with a monthy rent of 2500 SGD or less, I would need to pay an addition finding fee equal 1 months rent. As anyone com...

Great thanks, theat sounds good, the more options the better. I don't think any machinery is required for pilates though, just a mat, cushion and a good instructor.
