Hi all, My current employer is offering me a full-time position (move permanently to Singapore) My question is, as of now, I'm only aware of 2 deductions to your salary : CPF and income tax. so, in short, foreigners (except Americans) are allowed to invest in SIngapore stocks and bonds even without any valid visas? And to do this, do we need to open a special type of bank account, or will any bank account do? or even better, do these Singaporean entities that sell said securities allow ...

Is there any bank in Singapore that allows foreigners to open bank account? most of them asks for your working visa or PR in order to open a bank account.
