I think the bigger private language schools in Beijing usually offer summer camps for teenagers. When I went last July I remember at my school there seemed to be a special camp for teens going on - I am an adult though and their classes are (thank God!) separate, so I did not pay that much attention.

It is the same for deaf people with cochlear implants. It is technically no problem anymore to help a deaf person to hear, but if they did not learn how to recognize speach as a child, they will never be able to learn it later. People talking is just "noise" to them.

has nothing to do with Malaysia in my opinion.
Plus, how do you know maybe that selller is not simply just a bit slow, but still reliable? It often takes me longer than a day to send someone some information...
