He said already settled his fines, and levy payable in monthly instalments. Anyways he aint forthcoming about his situation, so referred him to CCS.

Well to file for bankruptcy you must have atleast $10,000 in debts and the whole process takes about 4 to 6 weeks. The business has since been closed. The rest of the info I need to find out. First time I am dealing with a case like this - I think its best he would need to visit CCS soon or inquire to MOM directly.

Its not an EPC - so the only outlet is to substantiate on the grounds the cars were purchased for business trips? meeting clients, suppliers, etc.?
