Hello, dependent pass is only for spouse n child of ep. The only pass you can apply is long term visit pass. If you get a job in sg you can apply for work pass depend on your qualification.

The pr will get approved only after one year of married, I think this rule is quite standard for the sg spouse who wish to apply pr. I guess you straight away apply pr for your wife after the married that's why your wife pr rejected 3 times in one year. I previously was a malaysian under work permit...

Don't have to serve ns as long as your son are not a pr. Your dependant pass will be cancelled once your husband got the pr but he can apply long term visit pass for u and your children in order to stay in singapore.

It is abit tough for a singaporean gal to sponsored pr for their foreign husband. But I saw some sucessful cases for the couple who having a child. I think this is the main key point.
