Pay a bribe in the PH to speed up the Annulment (should be around 2k from what friends tell me but what a stuffed up country thanks to the Catholics.). You need to be MARRIED before having a kid in order to get the child a DP. You should not have a problem with that pay level. Don't get her pregnant...

I would add one more factor; club membership. I think given your lifestyle that joining the Swiss, Holland or even American club might be something you want to do. From memory the Swiss, British and Hollan clubs are in the Bukit Timah area. If they don't appeal consider the American, Tanglin, Pines ...

^ I cannot speak for MY but for Singapore you're ok provided the funds are paid by an overseas firm. If for some reason you end up being paid in Singapore by a Singapore company that will be an issue.

They won't know unless you tell them and (Singapore MOM) won't really care as you're not impacting local employment.

OP does raise a point that some times we need cold weather gear. I've found nylon goose down jackets to be an option that don't go mouldy.
