Yes, if you have a criminal record, it is going to be very difficult. Especially when you need to apply for security pass from airport police and background checks. For some airlines they may require you to get a CNCC - Certificate of No Criminal Conviction. I am not sure whether spent exactly quali...

Being natural is essential. Nothing ticks anyone off then a rehearsed introduction. Yes, practice, but make it some spontaneous when you deliver.

If you're always nervous then this job isn't for you as you will have to deal with passengers who are grumpy and you can't be nervous then!

Good luck

Congrats Rev! You see - Failing one interview was a blessing in disguise. You got something that generally pays better and travel more destinations. Do realise that QR has loads of rules and if you can follow them you will be okay, but if you are the opinionated or the difficult one, then yes, you w...

Doesn't jeopardize - Just be prepared to answer when the question "Why do you want to be a cabin crew when you already have a good degree" or "Don't you find this job a bit low for someone who has done a degree in ..." along those lines.

Plenty of graduates around. Nothing unique anymore.

It's a case of a dog with a bone looking at a reflection. If you don't want Silkair, then don't take it and give it someone else who wants it more then you. I seriously don't have much respect for you. Go through all the rounds, get the job, deprive others of that job and now ponder "Do I want this?...

Jade - Can you reach 214? Generally, you will be asked to leave if you can't reach 214 or the normal height requirements. Sorry. But I think it is more embarrassing if they ask you to leave. For the Interexcel screening day, it is preferred you wear a blazer but if you don't have one, just wear some...

The demand for Middle Eastern carriers is for ladies. For the last recruitment in SIN, only 2 males were offered contracts in the final interview with approximately 8 shortlisted for the final interview with Etihad officials. There is no restriction on the nationality except Israeli for obvious reas...

I am afraid that school is not on SMC list of recognised universities. However, you can still try under the temporary registration batch. Does she has a DNB or a MS/MD in Dermatology? I don't really see foreign MOs in Dermatology. They normally are channeled into Family Medicine or Opthalmology and ...

I suggest you wait for your 6 months. Don't risk it because you can't wait - There are many other airlines recruiting - Go for those instead to gain interviewing experience.

Take care.

Wear a professional outfit for an interview. You are being judged based on the first impression and no matter how you redeem yourself, the first impression can't be changed. Go tomorrow, try out and if you get through, make sure you wear something appropriate when you go for the real screening day b...
