Re: Tenancy agreements/leases and your rights as a tenant
E[/quote] For a clause like that I only change the grace period to 14 days, just in case. It is IMHO pretty safe to leave the clause for the following reasons: 1) the burden of proving the claim you are in breach is on the LL 2) personally I doubt it would be legal to enter the premises for a minor ...

Re: Rentals with "negotiable" price tags
Hi! We are 4 weeks ahead of you so I can share our experience :) 1) The rental adds you see on the market are not a fully accurate reflection of what is available. Some.are outdated, will have the wrong photos etc 2) Often they are placed by agents and you will see more than one add for same propert...

How long does the Vet import visit take?
HI all!
Has anyone done their own pet import process and can advice how long the vet inspection and clearing of all documents take for dogs not undergoing quarantine?
We are trying to figure out at what time to book the pet taxi to pick up my husband there.
Thanks

Re: Opening a bank account with IPA
Hello!
I know this is old but was anyone successful to do this online with IPA before getting to Singapore?
I just tried DBS who are unable to deal with the German "ü" (ü=UE)

Re: How long did it take to relocate?
We are doing 3 months after signing, which is 4 months after contract was received. We have wanted this forever and know Singapore pretty well and despite this, I find the to-do list unbearably long. So would advise for 3 months. Also, it is good advice to come and see the place before. Househunting...
