In summary you got PR because you are married to a Singaporean (and pregnant?). That is fits the exact formula of what the gahmen is looking for. Certainly not overpaid mobile bankers who have no kids to contribute. not pregnant yet. I applied under my husband sponsorship before but it was rejected...

My colleague (Vnese, not chinese race,single,female) got pr in Aug 2012 after applied for 4 months...grad from NUS, 2 years working in Singapore :) I heard no Vietnamese got PR since 2010 except one case but he is VN with Chinese race.
