Movie censorship?

Anyone know if there'll be any cuts/edits to Kickass 2?

I'd rather not watch if there were any.

Japan post delivers up to 9pm, Monday to Sunday, everyday, public holidays included. They even deliver during the New Year. Try asking Singaporeans to work on CNY/Hari raya/etc. The local post office closes around 5~7pm depending on location, but the regional (district?) sorting center is open 24 ho...

Back when in my early teens, I had a school project to do with some classmates. We met up at the library to borrow some books. My classmates conveniently 'forgot' to bring their library card. They kept the books. Almost a decade away from Singapore, I returned for a short 1 week visit, within 2 days...

I'd always thought the whole point of a ferris wheel was for some private time in a dark, small, secluded room with someone else.

Because the Fit is closer to $120k, and the cheapest BMW closer to $220-250k, at least as of a month or two ago. That's much cheaper than I remembered. I was visiting the showroom with a boss about half a year ago. He was the 4th car in a 6 car collision and was considering getting a new one, until...

If buying a Honda Fit costs $185k (last time I checked), I might as well get a BMW whatever for ~$200k. I'm going to be sh!t poor and deep in debt anyway, I might as well enjoy it.

I mean, why not? You're already getting yourselves into a ton of debt, what's a few thousand more?

The descent into idiotry has been quick. I remember a particularly startling incident about 10 years ago. Initial D was the in thing and boy racers were speeding all over town. Just finished a late night movie at Marina Square with some friends, we were on the pavement outside when all these cars ca...

Came across a guy having fits at the junction of Takashimaya and that building with the giant TV screen. Lots of people standing around pointing, taking photos, security guard too was just standing there doing nothing. 2 Filipino guys trying to help but looking very lost. From the looks of it, it mu...

Netflix + VPN is also an option but I generally prefer browsing in a shop for the chance to stumble upon a rare gem. I don't know why but I often waste my lunch hour at the dvd shop at funan even though I'd never buy anything there, I just enjoy browsing the titles. I haven't seen any of the outrage...

Movie rentals

I used to have a weekly movie rental night when in Japan. I haven't found any place yet that has similar offerings over here. Sure I could just download stuff, but I'd like to think my 500yen a week helps keep the industry going.

What do you people do?

I'm thinking of maybe just renting off iTunes.
