Re: When should I inform my supervisor of my intention to resign?

OP hasn't spoken anything about the bonus. From his post it appears, he is talking about the appraisal setting for 2018 and "future plans" as he put it. I am pretty sure his bonus has been banked already.

First of all don't use the work Lakh outside of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Nobody understands it. Use 1Lakh = 100K.

Your salary is already good in India, unless you get 8K in SG, don't come.

Re: PR rejection question

Hello folks, I realise there are loads of topic on this, but I could not find one that'd match the letter I received from ICA. From Europe, been in Singapore since 2010, all that time on an EP. Married, wife not working but has a Bachelors degree, and we have a toddler who was born in Singapore. I ...

Re: Proof of residence, chicken meet egg

My wife is here on a dependent pass. She has a letter of consent and has started a job at an MNC. In order to open a bank account she needs some document with our residential address. I’m in the middle of an existing rental contract which doesn’t have her name. HR at the MNC will issue a letter of ...

Re: PR REP Renewal

Many of my colleagues are very trigger happy to hire a maid and send their wives to work. I tell them it is a land mine, be very careful. I let my wife stay at home and do household work, we don't want to get into any kind of mess.
