Re: Working from home decreasing or increasing productivity?

Re: 15 minutes high intensity workout at home

I am following workouts by BodyProject which is not hard on my knees ( moderate to high intensity and low impact, jumping is optional). I also sometimes follow Chloe Tings abs workouts to supplement the cardio. The timeframe is about 1 month. It should be more but my diet has not adjusted yet.

Re: 15 minutes high intensity workout at home

I am following some youtube cardio exercises that can be done at home. I am seeing some slight progress on the weight loss front (1-2kg). I believe it is my diet that is preventing me from seeing better results.

Re: PR chances for my profile

You have a low chance i believe as your nationality is not preferred and you are a male former PR whose family renounced just before you were NS liable.

You can still try to apply and let us know whether this assessment is correct.

Re: How bad is the economy?

I believe the offshore/onsite mix will remain for business continuity purposes especially now that it is proven that companies with operations at multiple sites are more able to handle unexpected events. Costs are important but the policies and responses of the government to black swan events is now...

Re: How bad is the economy?

I work for an electronics MNC and we are only currently slightly affected. I am working from home and so do most of my colleagues. But if the pandemic goes on for a few more months, I am expecting some cost cutting to happen.

As a LTVP holder, you do not need to be a member of OWWA and you do not need an OEC when returning to Singapore.
