Okay so I checked out Kayaking in Kallang. It was pretty cool. $15 for 2 hours, no certification needed. It's a good workout too. Would love to check out if there are other spots too sometime. If we get things going, popping over to Bintan might be an option in the future. Clearer waters are definit...
