I'm applying for a long term visa for Thailand and as a PR need to get a medical certificate completed in Singapore. I thought this would be a case of taking the form to my doctor but he cant do it. PR APEC cards in Singapore

Anyone know if a British PR can get an APEC card issued in Singapore ? I've read it is possible but the site seems to suggest you must be a Singapore passport holder.

Sorry been busy and didn't follow up. We agreed to a viewing slot on Sundays and a fee for any other time. No kids and no dogs. Foreign Owners and Deposits

My question would be on foreign owners and refund of deposit. It occurs to me that a foreign owner could refuse to refund my deposit and the cost of and effort of recovering that would be substantially more than the deposit. Is this proving to be an issue or am i just being paranoid ?
