Hi all, I was advised by a consultant that using foundation could protect our face from pollutants entering the pores and at the same time, I was advised by another consultant that most foundation will clog the pores. Anyone could advise me whether it is good to use foundation or not? Thank u! :win...

I have this "extra skin" growing on my eyelid. Now its turning black (mole)... Where to find a doc to remove and cost cheaper?
I have done once many yrs back costing $150 plus to remove one (cutting the roots and with stitches). Now i have a scar.
Prefer not to go back.

Our Recreation club held this challenge last yr. My colleague joined, first time u drink, quite filling, but gets hungry after 2hours. U replace 2 meals with the drink/soup.
