Try Riders Cafe. You will have to drive in though. Great food, nice place and you get to see some horses trotting here and there.

I haven't tried dollywink but I use another Japanese brand called Fairydrops. Got it at Watsons. It's pretty awesome. separates my lower lashes well.

Dry skin on your face or body?

For face, use a thick moisturizing cream, not gel, after washing your face.

For body, use body lotion such as cocoa butter and apply all over body within 3 mins after you've showered.

I tried dermologica and it used to be my HG till I changed my job and started having pimples :( It didn't help that. Had to go see a dermatologist and used her products instead.

Go to this building called The Verge near Sungei Rd. The top floor is where all the party shops are. They're probably full of xmas trees and decorations right now!
