I haven't watched any live sports since I moved here and really want to catch some of the tourney games on Saturday. Is there any place that would be open that early (late games tip off at 7am, also 10am games) that would be showing games? I don't even know what channel(s) would be showing it. I jus...

The landlord has the right to sue you anyway because this is everybody's right and cannot be restricted by any agreement. You can sue her/him too. If you are in breach of some contract clauses leading to the contract termination and it ends up ugly and in the court where the landlord wins he still ...

Very helpful original post. I'm looking at a serviced apartment and most of the tenancy agreement looks up to snuff. Besides taking the 'immoral' clause, the only other clause I'm not sure about is one that has the tenant pay all legal costs in the event the landlord sues the tenant. Is this normal?...
