Met this guy in the interview that works for tiger who tried for SQ for 13 times (still trying) and Silkair who tried a few times to no avail.

i know if you reject an SQ crew offer, they will blacklist you from cabin crew jobs but not other jobs within SQ.

hey vanessa (u posted using fb below), they are strict on everything from qualifications, height, medical conditions to past injuries etc. if you dun meet the academic qualification, they will ask you to leave even before round 1. btw if you apply with o level, they require you to have full time wor...

to be frank, none that i heard of at all. i believe they are very strict for height requirement, its not so much for aesthetics but more for airline safety requirements.

I wished they had asked me to go for review so tat i need nt go thru the whole process again:( my grp had 4 out of 6 who passed the mgmt round, & end up failing as a whole after..none of us was asked to go back for review. For my case, i failed the mgmt round in Aug last yr..now finally passed ...

I dun think they hv lowered their standards & taking pple in massively:-( when i was there on sun for the final intv..there wasnt much pple in for the final intv. much less for the successful ones :( i see, there are different time slots but i do hope there is still QC. btw care to share your 2...

my friend went yesterday and said small turnout and 'standard' of people not as good too. his first round including him, 6 out of 10 gt thru. how come huh? many sporeans dun wanna be crew anymore? Do you mean there were about 900 applicants? That sounds quite a lot! last year june and aug interviews i believe there were more than 2000 applicants each time. i went at around 9 plus every time and im already in group 80+. and there was still a long queue reaching to the stairs at 1pm. subsequen...
