Could possibly store them in an airtight container in the fridge with one of those silica gel sachets to help reduce any moisture that might develop in the fridge....just a thought.

The Old Empire Gastrobar at Valleypoint Mall has Punk IPA and one other on tap. I believe there is somewhere opening up in Katong that plans to have Brewdog on tap too, will get back to you when I find out more about that.

In all honesty I'm not quite sure what passes as true HipHop these days, rock/metal is more what I'm on the lookout for...but I'm aware of a few nights at the Butter Factory that advertise themselves as being HipHop. Check out http://www.thebutterfactory.com/ quite a nice venue, I especially like th...

Legal recourse re: co-tenant who hasn't paid PUB/rent

I'm trying to find out what possible legal recourse my flat mate and I may have against our third flat mate's reluctance to pay his final months rent and 4 months worth of shared PUB costs. Is small claims tribunal an option for such a situation? To explain more, I live in a 3 bedroom shared apartme...

Haggis: - Go to Highlander @ Clarke Quay. They serve it. Can also ask them where to buy in SG, or worst case, if they'll sell you some. ... All this is making me hungry. What I'd do for some venison sausages, mash and gravy right now! I'd hoped that Highlander would have it, reviews on HungryGoWher...

Re: Irn Bru in Cold Storage, Plaza Singapura

Compliments the haggis and deep-fried Mars bars very well! p.s. Only kidding Chuckd... I really enjoy some good haggis 'n tatties or neeps :) I've never actually had a deep-fried Mars Bar, and I can't say I've known anyone who ate them with any kind or regularity....I think it's just a dumb thing c...

Re: Irn Bru in Cold Storage, Plaza Singapura

I tried that last year in Aberdeen (actually Inverurie). It's truly disgusting. It's like flat orange FANTA with a tablespoon of FEO2 thrown in. Each to their own I guess, but I truly love the stuff. And I'd suggest that the fact that it's sales are either on par with or exceed that of Coca Cola in...

Re: Any freshly roasted coffee? Any good US beer?

The Dog was a huge hit stateside a few years ago, but lost market almost immediately due to increased competition. They were... kinda nothing special. Need to give them another try I guess. If you're feeling a bit extravagant you should check out the Brewdog Abstrakt range, http://www.abstrakt.com/...

Irn Bru in Cold Storage, Plaza Singapura

FAO all Scots and Irn Bru Fans. Just discovered Irn Bru for sale in Cold Storage, Plaza Singapura, $2.25 a can. I'm probably going to regret posting this as it might disappear fast, but hopefully that'll encourage them to keep shipping the stuff over. (if this a old news to you I apologise, I was ju...

Brewdog, a storming English brewery that I bought a few bottles of Not sure if I'm just misinterpreting your punctuation but Brewdog is from Scotland. Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire to more precise. Damn good stuff and available throughout Scotland and increasingly England too. I believe two of the bre...

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be alone in saying we prefer 'Scotsman'. 'Scotch' just makes me think of a poor name for Whisky, or a process of wrapping an egg in meat, batter and deep frying it (which according to record is not Scottish BTW).

I would say that CCS would be a good option, they appear to have some very knowledgeable people, and even if you don't quailfy for their direct assistance (i.e. Debt Management Plan) the counselling they offer at a very nominal fee will at least help you to understand your situation and what options...

Normally, I use the Sistic collection desks, I am not sure if that would be possible on the day of the gig, but, it works well a day or few before and they have a number of them over the island. Cheers nutnut, I've used the same collection desks before, but unfortunately ticket collection isn't ava...
