I recently moved from london not too long ago too, I think it's hard to find modern british food here. Alot of the food here is heavily seasoned, overcooked. If you do find some, I would like to know too.

I agree! not only its heavily salted, it's also very strong tasting, how much garlic do you actually need in a plate of pasta.
