] If you are not Malay Malaysian and Muslim Indonesian, your chances are all equal as there is not much diff. Funny part is Bruneian are welcome. Maybe due to the currency pegging between two countries. Right now I dare say, our sub continent friends and PRCs are vetted closely on every application...

I am basing this if one has a degree recognise in Singapore by MOM and ICA 1. M'sia Chinese 2. Indon Chinese 3. Peen Chinese 4. HK Chinese 5. European/US/OZ Chinese 6. SEA countries Chinese 7. If you are now in Myanmar, apply at SG embassy. It can get better chance.
If you are now in other country, your local sponsor PR can go down to ICA and can appeal by mentioning reason and proof.

Thanks, SMS, I will stick on this forum too. I hope PTS scheme for PR will neither be disappeared from ICA web page nor the scheme is updated as “For P1 Pass Holder Only”

SMS, actually, I don’t rush to apply again. I just calculating how long we should stand to re-apply for a good chance.
