Found that my PR application was approved yesterday through iEnquiry.

Today, i received the letter.

Hi,

I have called and clarified with ICA.

For example,

Father working in the police department. His rank is Senior Sergeant. Then, the rank here is Senior Sergeant.

For my case, i just put NIL as none of my family members working in these fields.

Hi Mi Amigo,

Since there is a column for name and date of birth. I don't think the rank refer to birth order of children.

Anyway, i will try to give ICA a call to clarify later.

Well, i am unable to find the form through ICA website beside Form 4A. Maybe, i just photocopy extra copies of the form given.

Anyone cares to clarify what does rank refer to?

Brief update: Today, i received a letter from ICA requesting us to complete and fax/ post the attached forms on the detailed full curriculum vitae of me and my spouse's family members. i) What does the rank refer to? My thought is Dato, Datuk or Tan Sri. Am i right? ii) Can i photocopy extra copies ...

I have scheduled an appointment with ICA half and hour ago. I will proceed with the application but, are prepared for the worst.

Will take your advice to re-apply again after two/three years of tax assessments.
