anyone know the passing rate for water confidence and management rd? i don't think there's any passing rate. i guess they just want to see if you have the courage to jump in and whether you still look okay after the jump. eg. remember to use waterproof mascara and no eye-liner pls. you don't wanna ...

Does anyone know exactly what the psychometric test is about? its a set of questions... u do it on the computer. after answering the quesitons, a chart will be drafted out to show your dominance, ur extrovert, your patience etc it will be used against u during the management interview. but for mine...

Hi Anyone know how water confidence test is conducted?
