anyone know the passing rate for water confidence and management rd? i don't think there's any passing rate. i guess they just want to see if you have the courage to jump in and whether you still look okay after the jump. eg. remember to use waterproof mascara and no eye-liner pls. you don't wanna ...

Does anyone know exactly what the psychometric test is about? its a set of questions... u do it on the computer. after answering the quesitons, a chart will be drafted out to show your dominance, ur extrovert, your patience etc it will be used against u during the management interview. but for mine...

you're paid only the basic pay for the first 4 mths but when u start flying, you'll get allowances (for transport, location (overseas), meals etc)..

Hi Anyone know how water confidence test is conducted? Can we wear goggles and is it true that only backstroke is allowed? :D Hi... goggles is optional, I actually brought mine and wore it during the jump. Hi M, As the group going for the swim test is rather big (36 pax), there isn't really time for body checks. Basically, the interviewers asked the candidates to walk from one end to the other end.
