Is anything happening with this group? It's been over a year. I'd be happy to
organise something?

British, beer and banter!

Northern lass here starved of British humour and hoping to meet some fellow Brits to hangout with.
Been in a Singers a while but many of my friends are moving on or settling down.
I like to think I still have some party in me! ;)

Who works weekends!?

Am I the only person in Singapore that works Saturday/Sundays?

It's pretty hard maintaining friendships when you're tucked up in bed at weekends and your pals are partying.

British girl looking to make new friends. 2nd year here and friends are slowly leaving Singapore.

Don't be shy now. :)

Hey. I'm about to return to Singapore with two fishing rods I have no idea how to use. Used to enjoy fishing with my Dad but he would set up my rods. Do you know of any fishing school type places? I'm kinda thinking if I just turn up with my rod and some bait somebody might take time out to show me ...

For cheap and cheerful tapas try Zsofi's whack bang in the middle of Little India. Variety of real ales and rooftop bar. They have a drink/tapas deal.

Thanks for that. The tools for www.myfitnesspal are practically identical to the WW program. I often go there to check out hawker food details as the WW one isn't so good for Asian local fare. A good tip for dieters reading for sure. Nice one :D

I did research diet plans and still chose Weight Watchers. I'm not a yo-yo dieter either. With losing my father to cancer last year and a broken shoulder I have piled on the pounds due to comfort eating/lack of exercise. I quit smoking in January and now have to tackle my weight gain. Weight Watcher...
