i think the issues get unnecessarily sensitized. i know most of you write from concern. ofcourse, things can happen. there is no obligation on part of ica to approve anything. but there has to be objective criterias for decisions. i am looking for personal experiences, with ltsvp based on epec. if y...

EPEC to LTSVP? Please share your experience
I recently got an EPEC. Am planning to visit in January and apply for ltsvp. I understand that for ltsvp, we need to submit documents i.e., originals of the same documents we used when applying for epec. Can you share your experience, formalities, documentation, wait times, bank statements etc and o...

yeah. thanks for the reply. the passport is not expired so it is useable in that sense. but i dropped some water drops on it. as a result, my photo which is clearly visible has developed a light spot on the right side of my cheek (in the photo i mean ;)) so i am not sure if they would have a problem...

if you have gone through epec followed by ltsvp, can you outline main steps. like what did application involve and major milestones in the process. also wondering, after recieving epec, does it make any difference when we travel to sing and apply ltsvp? i mean, if its within the duration that epec i...

EPEC approved. Passport renewal.
Hi, i got my epec approved. however, since then, i have dropped some water on my passport. as a result, my photo on passport, which is still clearly visible, has developed a spot on the right side of photo. everything else is fine. i was wondering, if i got a new passport, would this pose a problem ...

i think that some people who are being refused ltsvp may have had problems with ica previosuly. eg they may have over stayed. or may have gotten into other troubles. This they dont mention in their posts and unnecessarily sensitize simple issues. This is my feeling. Things cant be as complex, random...

update
I have now emailed them a complete set of all my documents. I compiled all the scans in a word file. And sent both a PDF and a word file. About 30 pages in all. 1 day back. Am posting my updates for information of others who may find it useful. They have a very prompt and good service for epec proce...

problem
Thanks Pmaloo. Mine was rejected. The gave a reason. Because I did not submit complete documents for their consideration. They asked me, if I wanted to resubmit, to ensure I have complete documents and mail to them. The same address you had given. So I shall be mailing. This is rather confusing for ...

I have been asked to resubmit my H1B visa. I am just curious as I already submitted the document I 797A, issued by US Immigration, which is the H1B approval. I have all the supporting documents, to support my claim. But can submit only one document of jpg 100K. Am just a little bit anxious, as to wh...

Thanks pamaloo, Really appreciate. I think I will email today, and then follow up with a call in a day. You are right. A communication log may be useful, just in case. I was just being cautious as to not to over react to their resubmission request. But I see your point. Are you in sing now. How long...

Resubmissions
I have been asked to resubmit my H1B visa. I am just curious as I already submitted the document I 797A which is the H1B approval. I have all the supporting documents, to support my claim. Am just a little bit anxious, as to why they have asked me to re submit. In my contention, this was a straight ...
