A wait for another year or 2 should make a difference.

If you have pressing needs to move her to PR, you can ask MP letter for appeal.

Besides buying a BTO flat, that is.

Re: Foreign Spouse of SC - EP / LTVP / LoC

Cheers Ecureilx, that clears everything up and it all makes better sense now. Not sure if you'd know, but have you heard of instances where company is applying for the EP and the applicant applies for a LTVP simultaneously? Would this cause any issues or would it be better to hold off on making a p...

Re: EP - To Apply or Not to Apply

They are unlikely to process your applic before mid Dec, it's only a contract and not a permanent offer, and SG doesn't like Indians. I'm Caucasian and on a lot more than $6k and my E Pass took a month. Personally I'd accept the Indian job and then move internally later on. Sent from my SM-G950F us...

Re: HELP! Landlord threatening to sue of LOI

Thanks for your replies. I really hope the LOI is not enforceable. We received a reply from the landlord and he is saying our reasons are invalid because we signed the LOI which covered the reasons stated. Eg., removal of landlords furniture. The LOI said we would keep the premises in an 'as is whe...
