Dear Members,
I want to setup a new branch of our organization - CBIL360 in Singapore. Please help me to know about scope of business over there.
We are US- Miami based Web Design, development and web marketing company.
How government support to businesses over there?
What is scope of business of the company of the domain we deal?
What are the requirements (legal terms and conditions, criteria etc)
Tax Structure etc.
Thanks in advance!! |

And use the search function at the upper right side of the page. If your company does what you says, you should be able to at least handle that. _________________ .

So... your website looks pretty decent, but it is absolutely silent on the fact that you will be farming out the work to a shop in India. When do your clients find this out.
With respect to your original questions: They really don't make much sense. "Scope of business of the company of the domain we deal?"
You'll find it very hard to break into the Singapore market. It is already saturated with thousands of so called web design sites, as well as graphics houses looking to expand revenues. Worse, far too many Singapore small companies absolutely do not give a sh*t about their website presence, and if they have one at all, it was probably done on the super cheap. _________________ . There are a few compliance issues you need to take note of if you decide to incorporate a private limited company in Singapore.
1. Company secretary.
2. At least one local director. This is a person who is a resident of Singapore. You could act as this person, if you move here.
3. Registered mailing address
4. Appointment of an audit firm if one or more of your shareholders is a company.
Meeting this compliance is pretty straight forward.
What is tricky is employment. Setting up the company does not give you the right to work in it. You will still need to apply for a work pass if you decide to relocate and take an active interest in the firm.
Once the firm is incorporate, you are eligible for grants and tax reliefs. _________________ www.futurebooks.com.sg |
