Any good Thai massage? Or just a really good massage?

My boyfriend's coming to Singapore and we're thinking of heading for a nice rub down. I pass by heaps of massage parlours but have absolutely no idea which ones give a really decent (i.e. deep and therapeutic) massage.

So I'm here to seek out real testimonials :P

He likes Thai massage because of the whole stepping-on-the-back thing. But I'm not sure if we can find one in Singapore - I haven't seen any place offering that. Alternatively a really deep aromatherapy massage would be lovely.

I don't care about brand names or ambience. I just want good quality (however neither do I want to be bruised by the masseur).

Most of all...we don't have deep pockets, so for a 90 min massage we're looking at $100-120 per person (max).

Any suggestion would be great!

Cheers,

Ms Swan

Although Chao Praya is in Geylang, it is just like traditional open room places in Thailand and quite proper.
Ladies get massaged in their own area separated by a curtain.

The massueses did not do back walking (I usually look for traditional Chinese massage places with overhead bars for this), but the twisting, stretching and pulling is just like being in Thailand - the masseuses are Thais.
Very reasonable prices.
