hi zeynep,
Firstly, as you are aware accommodation is quite expensive in Singapore. I don't know if your relocation and housing is going to be paid by your company. Also need to know where your place of work is going to be. If you are looking for somewhere central (like Orchard) or surrounding areas, rents are around SGD3,500 and up.
As for a turkish community, we do have on it is run by the Singpaore Turkish Cultural Centre. They have monthly dinners...

I would like to learn more about turkish culture. Does the TCC offers any event/seminar on these?
